Refund & Return Policy

Returns

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
• Return policy: if you found any damaged you can return the product within 2 days after delivery.

Product Condition Assessment

• All returned products are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
• Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
• The Core Originals reserves the right to determine the condition of returned products.
• Our decision regarding the eligibility of returned items will be final and binding.
• If the item does not meet our return requirements, the return request may be rejected.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• Refund policy: we are giving any refund for our services.
• Refund for products: once the refund is approved it will take 7 business days to credit to your bank account.
