Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy
- If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, it will be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO).
- RTO may occur due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery.
- If an order becomes RTO, customers may request re-shipping of the order by paying a re-shipping fee.
- If the customer chooses not to reship the order, a refund may be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the order.
